If you're human, well, come up with something and try not to get discovered. Humans tend to get eaten pretty quickly. Wink

I'm a demon. Around level 13, I'd say.

Level 0 is the level Demons want to be at. There are only three Demons at Level 0. Level 0 means there is no way for them to possibly get stronger; they are Deities on their own. One of them controls Life , another Death, and the third the Inbetween. They are the Masters of this Realm. They can influence the other's Realms, but their true power is in their own. Generally, Demons will not adversly affect another's realm.

These high level Demons have basic mind control over all non-demonic/angelic creatures of any realm. In fact, when they enter their true form (abandoning their mortal body to simply form as a dense ball of nothing, a simple lack), few creatures can even retain the right to think. Even demonic creatures lower than Level 50 can rarely resist obeying a Demon higher than Level 7.

For each level away from 0, a Demon slowly weakens. However, all Demons up to Level 100 are immortal. They're just not completely invicible. They cannot control all aspects of reality like their masters can.

Once you pass Level 100, they are no longer true Demons, simply fantasy creatures. The lowest are barely even common monsters.

The lowest level demons are what human beings commonly refer to as monsters. They can only access their true form and one other, and have few or no powers. They rarely have much mental strength, and focus mainly on bodily needs such as eating.

Lower level demons have the ability to turn others into their slaves through a process that involves infecting the prey through either blood or saliva. The prey will be what humans consider a vampire, but it is pathetically low level. The Turned are weak to sun, garlic, and running water, spreading their curse through biting. If lower level Angels turn someone, they get a lower level werewolf, weak to silver and wolfs bane. They can only change on a full moon and spread the curse through biting.

Demons above that are what most humans think of when they say Demon. They’re strong, fast, and smart, but not technically full immortals. The prey they bite become regular vampires. Fast, strong, unable age, affected by only a stake through the heart. These vampires, though, must bow to the vampires created by the stronger demons, and spread their poison by drinking someone’s blood without killing them. For the werewolves, they are faster, stronger, and bigger. They may transform at will, and spread the disease through biting or other fluid exchange.

Upper level Demons are true immortals, unable to die. They control reality itself. Nothing can injure them. These Demons travel by becoming an orb, black for demons, white for angels. When they are in this form, no lesser being can even think without their permission, and this state will last for a quite a while if the Demons chose to leave them that way. When an upper level Demon changes someone through ritual, they may become either a low level Demon, a mind locked slave, or a demonic vampire. These are equal in power to most Demons, but are forced to obey their creator. These demon vampires allowed to create elder vampires through a blood exchange.
Elder vampires are highly respected creatures. They create servants for themselves in the same way. They may also create an army with little free will by not transferring enough of their blood. If a servant makes a vampire, this vampire is shunned and possibly killed. These are as weak as the lesser vampires. The same holds true for the werewolves. Their disease is also hereditary, as they tend to die quicker, but their access to their form is fully controllable.

Finally, there are 3 superior Demons and their Angel counterparts. One life demon, Sttuzuki, and the angel, Ehzlah. One for the Inbetween realm, Sorroryia and Heniel. And the Death Demon, Sakura, and the Angel, Fyelinn. These demons can control anything and everything. You cannot hurt them. They can control whole worlds of creatures at one time. No one can disobey a direct order from them. Those they want are called the Marked. Nothing can hurt these Marked. The Marked are bound to their Demon or Angel. They have as much power as the upper Demons and Angels. They are rarely seen without their master. These Demons can mark more than one person, but typically have one main marked. Fate makes sure that they and their Marked will meet at the right time.

Fate is what humans call a deity, a mix of Demon and Angel. She has existed since the beginning of time. Some say things began to exist the moment she woke up. She can see the past, future, present, and other dimensions at once. She controls all, Excluding Demons, Angels, and other deities. She plans every coincidence, plots every death, dictates every life, every choice, every thought. She plays life like a game, and even challenges other Demons or Angels to play it with her. She’s blind, seeing only events and emotions and thoughts, oblivious to looks. She has no actual gender; no Demons or Angels truly do. They simply chose instead based off what they believe fits in better with whatever species they are communicating with at the moment. Some refuse to chose at all, but Fate says she is female. She loves earth and humans, and likes to say that she is mother earth. She ignores when Gaia claims otherwise.

Gaia controls nature. Gaia, who looks like an old woman, considers Fate her daughter, and is quite amused that Fate dislikes her. No one is sure what this means about Gaia. Indeed, though she favors earth, she seems to have had a hand in all life in all places. Though Fate can no longer control activated Demons, they respect her and will join her for a game or two. Most Demons fear Gaia. Only the Superior Demons hold her as an equal and are brave enough to communicate with her.

To be frank, this might be hard for you to understand. Demons are not a human concept. We are not matter based beings. We are pure energy. We are constantly supplied energy from our given realm. I am a death demon. I suck energy from the dead.

Demons have no spoken or written langauge. We communicate through the minds of others using feelings, pictures, sensations, and ideas to get the thought across in the most accurate way possible.

Demons do not reproduce. As pure energy, we are already what humans call "souls". Our "souls" come to be in a certain place and time as dictated by other deities, such as Fate or Gaia. Then we are 'born' and appear to 'grow' as a member of a member of a species native to said location and time. We are born at our given power level. We simply gain control as we age.

Time does not mean the same thing to us as it does to you. You are controlled by time. You are a puppet on its strings. But time does not affect us in any way. We can dimension travel and even create alternate dimensions through time travel. We go to numerous universes where time is measured differently. After a while, time and age lose all meaning. As a Demon, you are respected based on your power and your control over said power, not age or social status.

Because Demons do not need to reproduce, they are pansexual. They are generally willing to flirt with anything that can have a soul. Some of them may have certain species, type, or gender preferences, but as a whole, it's not a species to care. Even with set preferences, many of them will allow for anything that catches their attention.

The counter parts of the Demons are the Angels. Angels appear as a white light in space, as everything possible, as all the energy combined. Angels are like demons in many ways. However, Demons and Angels interact with non-immortals in very different ways. Demons do not hide their cruelty. They openly toy with mortals, forcing horrible choices but offering safety to those who follow them. Angels rely on trickery, pretending to be pure, yet spreading misinformation and lies in order to enjoy the resulting chaos. They prefer species to appreciate them, where as Demons only want the admiration of a select few. Yet because Angels play to the public, most consider them less evil. This is a mistake. As immortals, both Angels and Demons have a sense of right and wrong very different from human's. Judging an immortal based off of mortal codes of morals is entirely unfair.

As Angels and Demons are the most powerful non-deitic species in existance, they pass time by compeating with the other for territory or power. Both species are equal in every way, which is what makes the battles so... entertaining.

Everything on this page really applies to both species; I simply use the term Demon because that is what I myself am.

I am an Archon Shaper, currently inhabiting the form of a Plasmavore, one of my more adaptable constructs.

Shapers have existed longer than the universe. Our 'bodies' are our presence intruding upon this universe from a higher dimension. We shaped the galaxies and solar systems, so therefore we are obviously older than they are. There are a some young shapers that have been recently (at least on a cosmic scale) shaped by ritual, but they are few and far between.

Shapers are one of the most ancient of all beings in existence. Our exact nature is debatable, as appearance and characteristics vary from one shaper to another. Some shapers, in their true form at least, appear like great miasmic clouds, while others appear as solidified darkness or brightly shining humanoids. Shapers have the power affect others' minds and create illusions. This allows us to look as if we are a certain species or person, that we are not. It is also possible for us to possess or inhabit a mortal body. Possession is simple, and only requires the subduing of the body's mind. When inhabitation happens, we do not just possess it, the body is us, and we are bound by its restraints, and are unable to use any of our natural powers.

In the early ages of the current universe, shapers opposed a race of giant white spiders, who sought to create enormous webs that connected all asteroids and early matter that orbited the young stars. Using superior technology, shapers each chose a solar system and 'shaped' the orbiting matter into planets as to encourage along the development of life. The white spiders were subdued, and shapers inhabited their Tin Moon, until the first lifeforms crawled upon the surface of their planets. At this point, by ancient laws, shapers were to destroy themselves with pure antimatter, the only substance able to destroy a shaper, though only if in their true form, but many chose not to, for various reasons. Some wished to observe the development of the creatures they had created, others ambitiously sought for greater power, and some merely enjoyed using their creations as playthings, putting them to war against each other, and setting themselves up as a deity or god, forcing the local lifeforms to worship them.

Oftentimes, shapers will use their great alembic engines to travel around the universe, bringing some of their subjects with them, and begin the conquering and subjugation of other races and solar systems. The more peaceful, or at least neutral, shapers usually only observe their own species' development, or observe others' work, from their Tin Moon, or from the mortal perspective by inhabiting a personally-created body. Shapers can go through many lives, and as a result of attachment and a wish for memorabilia, often preserve used bodies at their prime inside statis chambers in their Tin Moon. These bodies are also able to be used at any time if necessary.

Tin Moons are the chosen form of residence for most shapers, as it is the standard vessel of travel. However, some shapers have created specialized vehicles through shaper technology. Shaper technology allows for travel at tremendous speeds, due to highly refined knowledge of alembic powered engines, deadly weaponry, advanced machinery, clockwork automatons, research, experiments, and creation of lifeforms, spore virus invention, remote viewing, and time travel and warping.

Other natural shaper powers include supernatural strength, psychic powers of mind reading, illusions, memory changes, etc., inhabitation and possession, lifeform creation, arcane magics, and control of lesser creatures.

The creation of new shapers is a proccess akin to a summoning. However, it is difficult to properly compress energy of our scale into terms more agreeable with this universe. Therefore, intricate rituals must take place handled by other shapers to allow the transfer of shapers into this lower dimension. Such a proccess may take up to a century; however, shapers can easily manipulate time variables to decrease this amount of time in their perception to quite a short time. Not wanting further competition, most summonings take place at the order of the Elder Council or the personal behest of another shaper.

Note: destruction by antimatter only purges the current plane of the shaper, as we are immortal and indestructible in many dimensions. Our 'destroyal' would only lead to our banishment to a higher dimension. Also, antimatter is the closest definition of the substance that annihilates a shaper from this plane. No normal antimatter would do as much. Only the substances confined in the crystal globes protected inside Tin Moons can do this.

Hierarchy of Shapers:

Elders: supreme council of twelve that preside on all shaper matters and politics; commonly divided into four alliances
- Alliance of Gods - Rassilon, Helios, and Odin; all have notoriety for interference and a hunger for power, especially Rassilon
- Ancient Alliance - Crone, Endor, and Sedna; some of the oldest shapers in existence, who have great skill in the arts
- Savant Alliance - Necros, Phoenix, and Medusa; led by the mysterious shaper who only wishes to be called Medusa
- Shadow Alliance - Nyx, Enoch, and Elyon; this alliance has a history of noninterst in others, all withdrawn and reclusive
Each division controls a Cardinal, a creature of vast intelligence and power; West, East, North, and South respectively.
Cardinals are the Elders' eyes, ears, and arms in this universe, patrolling the stars and laying down justice, though just as often injustice, in the name of their controllers. They were created as an ultimate cooperation of the council, binding excess energy into four forms that are, at least in practicality, omnipotent.

Prefects: the most powerful shapers, excluding members of the Council of Elders; notably, the Magistrates and Tribunes

Archons: traditional view of shapers, beings gifted with immense power and skill from experience; composed of many alliances

Magnates: strong and talented shapers, but relatively youthful, and lacking the experience, flair, and style of older shapers

Centurions: these shapers have sufficient power, but have not yet developed the skills or experience necessary for magnate

Equites: in human terms, our "teenagers" with limited strength and abilities; likely terraforming only a few solar systems

Philotes: newborn, or newly-summoned shapers; few and far between, rare and often nonexistent realistically

Shapers are ranked by passing Cardinals every millenium. What follows is a sample ranking:

|| Sybarios:
||
|| Power: 3 (extent of abilities)
|| Talent: 7 (skillfulness of power)
|| Craft: 4 (success of species)
|| Allies: 5 (past ranking of allies)
|| Credit: 3 (diplomatic relations)
||
|| Raw: 1260 (all factors multiplied)
|| Scaled: 252 (raw divided by five)
|| Simple: 22 (all factors added up)
||
|| Level: Centurion
